How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated during checkout based on the order and delivery address. You will receive tracking information by email or SMS after your order ships.
How should I store the cookies?
Store the cookies in a cool, dry place and keep each cookie sealed in its individual wrapper until ready to enjoy or share.
What allergens do the cookies contain?
The cookies contain wheat and soy. Please review the complete ingredient statement on the individual product page before ordering, especially if you or the recipient has a food allergy.
Are the cookies individually wrapped?
Yes. Every fortune cookie is individually wrapped, making them convenient for gifts, churches, ministries, schools, offices, conferences, outreach events, and community gatherings.
What quantities can I order?
We offer a gift-ready box of 30 cookies and bulk quantities of 100, 250, 500, and 1,000 cookies. For orders exceeding 1,000 cookies, please visit our Custom Orders page.
Are your products available now?
We are currently accepting preorders for our first production run. Preorder purchases are expected to ship within 6–8 weeks. Tracking information will be sent by email or text when your order ships.
What is the difference between a preorder and a subscription?
A preorder is a single purchase and does not renew. A subscription automatically renews every month and includes the discount displayed on the product page.
When will my first subscription order arrive?
During our preorder phase, your first subscription order is expected to ship within 6–8 weeks. Your subscription renews monthly from your original purchase date, so your second payment may be processed before your first order arrives. Your first two deliveries may therefore arrive close together.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Sign in to your customer account to pause, skip, resume, or cancel an upcoming subscription order and to manage your payment method or shipping address.
